I bought this with the intention of using it with PiKVM across 2 servers in my homelab. Initially I couldn't get it to work, it wouldn't pass keyboard and mouse signals to the servers. I let a week pass and tried again and it worked flawlessly. One downside for me was that 1 USB-C cable was dead, which caused me a lot of wasted time. And it also doesn't have a dedicated control port to switch sources remotely, but for the price it's great.

this product mentions that tones can be selected by jumper settings, guess what, there are no jumper settings, its just a circuit that keeps playing all 6 tones on a loop, pretty disappointing, although they list it as one of the features of this siren, and thats the main reason i have purchased it.

You will need the tuya Bluetooth gateway, okay otherwise.

The inverter uses about 25 watts even when no load is connected. I had to return the unit because it was draining my battery.

Also, it makes a lot of noise even with no load connected.

Be warned, this is not the product that is being sold. Incorrect description, incorrect images. Returns with the 7 days as stated seem to draw some ire from this company. New customer here, but will not be supporting any further.

We recently purchased a warehouse scanner, but encountered significant issues as it fails to read the last digit of South African barcodes. This problem can be bypassed by altering the barcode system in your backend, but this solution locks you into exclusively using this scanner model—raising concerns about future availability and compatibility.

Adding to the frustration, the scanner arrived without a manual, making troubleshooting impossible. There’s also misleading information regarding the product features; it does not include a hot-swap battery or a docking station, requiring further investment.

Overall, I would not recommend this scanner for those needing reliable and adaptable tools for their operations. It’s a risky investment given its limitations and lack of proper support.

Bought 4 of these for geyser and pool pump used 3 and gave one as a gift the 3 I used all stopped working within 6 months look for something better

Bought these for my car's remote. I do not drive every day as I work remotely. The batteries each lasted 1 month or max 80 button pushes.

Its actually a 5000w VMIII. Not 5600w as advertised. USB port and BMS com don't work either. Max solar input is 5000w not 6000w as advertised.

Bought this inverter and battery set in October of 2022. It has worked reliably since then to power a laptop and a few screens, cellphone charger etc. However over the past weekend (when there was no load shedding) i noticed a horrible burning smell. The batteries were basically on fire. This is a health hazard and fire hazard. Please be aware before buying

Before buying this product I read a bunch of review from other sites stating how loud this unit is, but it really isn't that loud at all. Good quality product as well as one would expect from WAHL.

Excellent product for Multiple access points that require POE power and its not as expensive as other Ubiquiti enterprise equipment. Running U6 Long range access point & two U6 lite access points for full WiFi coverage at home.

I ordered a 4 zone a to replace a Rainbird controller who's screen stopped working. This was 50% cheaper and Bluetooth, and operates from the smart home app on your phone. Setup was super easy and took me 10 mins to wire up.

I had the app already for cameras, and adding the new device was super easy. Be aware that the device must pick up Bluetooth connection to your router. Check out signal with your phone.

On the software side you can set up all yyoukr programs, however I big omission is for on the fly watering is that you have no option of a countdown timer so have to remember to manually switch off the zone.

The main letdown is the speaker which, unless you have a hearing aid, you won't hear. Setup is a cinch, facilities and responsiveness are great, why oh why spoil it with that cruddy speaker

Do not buy this camera if you’re planning on using it with batteries. Batteries last about 2 weeks with minimal specific motion recording. I have had this camera for about 6 months and need to replace batteries every 2 weeks. Last time replacing the batteries the screw that secures the camera was tight(I assume this was because it was raining for about a week). When attempting to unscrew. The screw stripped like butter. This camera is a brick now. If you are planning on putting this up with external power and never moving it, I would say it’s ok. Camera also needs to be within 5m of the chime, useless otherwise.

Very bad Webcam it is not working I have tested on several machines it is not showing picture neither supporting online apps.

Best Mini UPS Ever, loadshadding always hit for about 2 to 4 hours. But the UPS will be left about 75% of the battery when loadshadding ends.

Not happy at all, Only connected my gate motor this battery lasted about 1year 6months not even 2 years atleast. Price is great but I guess you pay for it cause you will be buying a battery every year. My previous battery lasted years.

An awesome product. It has a digital display which allows you to see the remaining charge, how long it takes to fully charge etc. It also has Qi2 charging (my main reason for purchase) which means it charges an iPhone via MagSafe at 15 watts instead of at 7.5 watts. The stand is also great as it means I can watch something while my phone charges, great for travel!

It was the first time using geewiz, well I didn't even know this website existed, I was looking for something to improve my wifi connectivity at home, done some research, and the it was between the TP-Link Deco E4 and this, and because I was tight on the budget this one was almost R200 cheaper than the cheapest one on takeAlot, so I went for it, I order on Thursday in CPT, and it got delivered this morning Monday, exceptional stuff, there communication was 5 star as I was aware all the way, were my package was so thanks for the amazing service, this is how you take over the space, by doing the "small things well" consistently.

On to the product, this has basically removed all the dead spots I had upstairs, If you have 200sqm of coverage, this will do the job, I can't speak for more than those sqm, but the signal strength is strong everywhere with I got 47mbps at the source, and got 46 and 45mpbs in the rooms upstairs consistently, so if this drops I will call the ISP as it has nothing to do with the Cudy AC 1200. I was thinking I would buy another one, but with the performance I am getting here, there is no need. So buy the 3 pack if you have to cover more than 200sqm of space in my opinion.

This is one of those products that is 90% of the way there, but the 10% that they left out makes it unusable. The comma is at the bottom of the screen, and the screen is slightly sunk in, so when the calculator is sitting flat on the desk, you cannot see the comma. You also can't set how many decimal places you want to show for financial calculations. If you knew that the last two digits were always cents, it wouldn't matter that you can't see the comma separator, but now, you have to type in the calculation, and then lean forward to see where the comma is. For that small, but significant reason, I had to scrap the product and find something else.

My suggestions to Geewiz is to change the home screen widget to be like the sonoff power metering devices, so you can see consumption for the day without having to open device and to add under voltage protection alongside the over voltage.

Compared to other WIFI capable irrigation controller this is a bargain! Its easy to install and works great. Easy setup with the app!
The unit is small so easy to put it in a housing (unit itself is not waterproof and needs to be installed indoor or in a weatherproof box)

I am using it on my Xiaomi TV box s 2nd gen to add more ports and does the job.
Some AVI files there seems to be some audio video sync problem but i will investigate it.

Ah, finally! Works perfectly with our Poynting & Alcatel HH72 (typical Vodacom home wifi router). The Alcatel's ports are so close together that you can't fit the SMA/TS9s you find on TakeALot (in fact, I broke my router trying to use them). This cable is super slim so it fits easily next to each other (you need two) and our wifi now works during loadshedding. AND delivery was even quicker than I anticipated since it had to some from abroad. Thanks, Geewiz!

As stated, the fan is EXTREMELY noisy. This is a pity because in other respects the product is fine and good value.

Disappointed. Bought this to send an spdif audio stream from a streaming device to my Bose speaker. Only works if you connect a monitor to the hdmi out. What’s the point of having a 5v power input then??

Feels very premium and Ergonomic, Good Quality for the price.

Two major points:
1. It has a default state after power loss setting (weirdly labelled "Relay State", but at least it's there)

2. It has a setting to switch off the load if power is less than 3W. Not customisable but again, at least it's there.

For the price, this is actually a really well performing smart plug with energy monitoring and several different types of schedules (Time based, duration based, inching, sunset/sunrise)

Works better than expected I use it with 175 watt solar panel and on a sunny day I have Computer, DVR with 8 cameras and 2 Screen on DVR, Wi-Fi Router, and also 32 inch TV. I also have sliding gate motor and electric garage door on Inverter.
Inverter then shows 30% load. Switching over to battery is also flawless.

These 433MHz remote transmitters can be used to control remote receivers with a learning function.

Replacing a 100ah deep cycle lead acid battery with this has been the best decision! The lead acid battery lasted less than 12 months and was only about R2k less in price. I will never ever buy anything but Lifepo4 going forward and intend to replace all my others in due course with these. Excellent service from GeeWiz with special mention to Riaan Venter from the technical department that answered all my questions promptly.

I only tested it with lithium battery I will add a solar panel later.
I only use it with a LED TV and TV box and 2 LED lights Wi-Fi router and it works 100% as per description on website. I got 2 X 20AH lithium batteries and it worked for 3 hours and battery level was at 50% after test and with that I am happy.
When I install solar panel on inverter I will fit it in my garage and run AC cable in house because fan in inverter is quite load.
Inverter is good value for money.

My old antenna from my Gigabyte setup was under performing. I could not move more than 2 meters from the computer regarding the bluetooth. With this antenna, i am able to move to about 10 meters. Wi-Fi is so much stronger with this antenna compared to the old one. Was worth the purchase.

Hubble AM-4a review

Delivery was fast and efficient – well done Geewiz!

The Hubble AM-4 lithium battery is nicely packaged, and well made.

It is designed to be wall mounted or to lie flat in a cabinet. It just fits in a 450*475 battery box, but will not fit in smaller boxes.

It ships with well made red and black cables, lugs at each end, approx. 1m long. Had to cut one lug end off for the Synapse inverter, the lugs are well crimped!

The battery terminals are easy to use, but need smallish lugs, larger lugs may not fit.

It has a power switch, on and run leds, and 5 State of charge leds which seem to work well.

The battery was fully charged after an hour or so, and held its charge well under load.

Connected it to a Synapse3.0v+ 24V inverter, and it works very well.

Please note, this battery has a 10 year warranty, and uses 1st life cells.

The cells are not Li-FEP04, they are Prismatic lithium-ion

The battery has a 1 C rating.

A warranty condition is that the battery must be charged at 29.2V, for BMS to balance cells at 100% SOC!

Got this little device since I was tired if using aux, ( monitor doesn't have speakers or spdif) ran the output from my HDMI switch to this little guy and it works perfectly passing through the HDMI and spdif from the input, works perfectly for my 3ch sound setup.

I bought 2 of these. My review after 2 week's of use... In the 1st room it keeps the 55" tv and the DSTV ultra decoder going throughout the 4-hour load-shedding schedule. In the 2nd room it keeps the wi-fi router, 55"tv, and the DSTV decoder going throughout the 4-hour load-shedding schedule. In both cases, there is about 15% battery life left after 4 hours. I keep it on permanently and it works perfectly as an UPS, without any of these appliances switching off when load-shedding starts. The product is silent and fast-charging.

I purchased this set on Wednesday, at about 10am. My order was processed and shipped out the same day and reached me yesterday (Thursday) morning. The fast & seamless service was actually just the cherry on top ????

What i am mind blown with is the quality and size of these magnetic tiles. TBH i thought to myself i was takimg a risk buying these bc i had no idea how they'd be. Please advise, what is the name of drivers for this product if I want to download drivers for the sound card, sound card came with CD drivers but I have a problem as my DVD can't detect CD at all as it's a small Disc.

Other thing, sound card it leaves a space when I fit it on a slot from back side, so can it still work even if it does not fit all the slot on my motherboard?

Anyone with idea please advise if you know "name of drivers and if it will work ever though it leaves a space on motherboard though it fits perfectly"

Don't waste your time with any other smart isolator switches. You won't beat this product made by CBI who are leaders in electric isolators and always have been. ICASA approved, extremely well made and an absolute breeze to install. Their smartphone app is well laid out, intuitive, so easy to setup schedules for your geyser, track actual power usage of your geyser and manually switch on and off when needed. You won't find a better quality product. Worth every cent.

This is a fantastic product.
Build quality is the same as Ecoflow products. Under a 600W load, the Geewiz is completely silent. Comparatively, my Ecoflow River Pro is rather noisy at the same load.
I would recommend this product to anyone without hesitation. It represents a superior value proposition in the power station market.

I bought this unit to function as a UPS for my alarm and CCTV systems. It can keep the systems up for about 3 hours during load shedding. The load rating of the EB3A is perfect for this, but a bigger battery would deliver the perfect solution for my needs. The app control is great, a pity it doesn't function over wi-fi too. Very good value, but a little limited.

Great battery to pair with Mecer 720w Inverter, using 10A charge only. Enough juice to keep my 50 inch Smart TV, Lamp and 2 routers powered for 3-4 hours, & recharges back to almost full before Load Shedding catches us again within under 5 hours. Have not missed a sporting event and work from home is no issue since buying this combo in January.

Thoroughly impressed with this. Was so easy and quick to setup works like a dream powered with nothing more than a 30w solar panel and it runs off solar all day and not the grid and switches to the grid at night. This powers my 80 year old mother's TV and DSTV and has a 55ah gel battery connected which the built in charge controller handles beautifully. Fan a tad noisy but that's a small price for such a great inverter at this price. Now we have no more complaints when TV not working.

I did not use the ewelink app with the device, I converted/flashed the device to ESPHOME device.

I'm happy with this product in comparison with it's cost. The connection holes fits perfectly with my older CCTV cameras I replaced. So there was no need to drill new mounting holes, it's fully DIY friendly and comes with all fittings.

Excellent budget friendly day or night full colour camera, pics up detail clearly. The led light is bright enough to light up a small area with it's soft orange/white light display. I'm happy with this product in comparison with the cost and features you getting. The connections fits in perfectly with the older CCTV cameras I replaced. So there was no need to replace my existing CCTV cables, and there was no need to drill new mounting holes, it's fully DIY friendly.

The UPS was delivered this morning. Very fast delivery, as I only ordered around 5pm yesterday.

It was 27% charged, so I fully charged it. It absorbed 1.58kWh and took just under 2hrs.

I did a FULL discharge with a load of around 650W.
It lasted about 2h50 and delivered 1.74kWh. Very good, considering battery is specced at 1.997kWh.
The fan came on very little, and I couldn't really hear it. VERY QUIET!!!
There was no alarm at 10%, only at 0%, there were 3 beeps, then it shut down.

I then charged it without a load, started at 1100W and it reduced to 550W and then 300W and down to 0W, within 2:15.
It absorbed 2.16kWh to fully recharge from 0%.
Again, no fan noise. This thing is QUIET!!!!

When I compare this R20k UPS to my trolley (R26k), it's obvious my trolley will be backup no. 2, before my generator.
I can recommend this GEEWIZ UPS without any hesitation!

For the folks interested, with a fully charged battery, in UPS mode, the UPS only consumed 10W more than the load, so 10W losses. My trolley was running at 55W losses. That's a waste of an extra R100/month.

Although its only USB 2.0, this little card reader does the job - quickly copy pics from digital camera / dashcam etc. to PC.

As per Sean - the other reviews are literacy issues. It's clearly stated this is for a Fire HD 8 - and it fits perfectly. (it also fits the 11th Gen - but you need to cut the cover to access the charging port)

Great product! I have purchased 3 over the past year to replace the analogue controllers for my under tile/carpet heating. Control from the app on my phone sets up easily and I have more control on energy usage. I had an issue setting up the 3rd and Geewiz responded quickly with a solution when I logged a technical problem. I have not connected to Alexa or Google home though.

I also purchased these controllers as I installed an inverter system and the circuits for the under-tile and under-carpet have been separated from the inverter. This enables me to heat up the room on Eskom supply only. It eliminates my oil heaters draining the battery if they are left on and load shedding starts.

This is a great case, exactly what I was looking for.

I did a lot of research to find the best value portable power station in the 2000Wh range with 24/7 Passthrough UPS functionality. I was quite surprised when I had a look at the specs vs price of this Geewiz Power Station, finding that it ticked all of the boxes in terms of important specifications, all whilst coming in at a very competitive price.
I still had a couple of reservations before pulling the trigger - these were: It does not have a mobile app, does it need one? How noisy is it when charging and when discharging under AC power specifically? I believe the Geewiz Power Station to be a slightly altered version of the Oukitel P2001e - and had a look at reviews of the Oukitel to see if they could answer these last remaining questions for me (and it looked really promising)

And so, now that I have bought this power station, I am very happy to report that it really is quiet under reasonable loads (Haven't tested it yet under a full 2200W load). When running my PC and Monitor in desktop mode in load shedding, it's completely silent. Even when pushing power demand higher to 300W, it's still whisper quiet). And when load shedding is done, because of the UPS, switchover is automatic and the noise when the power station recharges again is also really quiet.

I still can't believe the value on offer here: 2000Wh LiFePo4 batteries (3500 Cycles) - that's a lot of capacity and can easily power even a power hungry gaming PC for multiple hours on end; 2200W Max Power (No problem running my Microwave or Kettle if needed); Fast UPS (10ms!); Passthrough Power; SA 3 Prong Plug-Points (3 of them); Charges with a Kettle Power Cord (no external Brick) at 1100W (0% - 80%) and 600W (80-100%) - I like this, it preserves the battery for the long-term; 500W of Solar Input.
When looking at the competition - you can get the same, but then it's substantially more expensive. Or, you get most of this for the same price, but then you are only getting half of the battery capacity. So to me, this is the best option in it's category. The only thing I would say is that the 2 year warranty, while fine, is less than what you can get in popular competing brands (some offering a 5 year warranty)

I had a another brand similar HDMI KVM Switch that packed up and replaced it with this one. Great price and works as expected. When you switch to the other computer and it is asleep it wakes it up - wonderful. No keyboard hotkey only external switch or use buttons on device, but not the end of the world. Comes with USB to 5V power cable but I do not use it as device is powered by the two computers.

Samsung phone indicates fast charging, charges fast, works as expected.

I would highly recommend this product. 200W for a 2-hour bout of load shedding = 8% battery consumption and 4% load. Have yet to connect the inverter to my DB board, but I think it would handle the basic load (fridge, freezer, laptop, TV and lights).

No regrets about buying this battery, I like the Bluetooth monitoring system.

I would my LED TV for more than 5 hours and the battery would be above 90% capacity.

Works exactly as expected, and comes with tie-down ties. Warms the bed perfectly, haven't had to use it on the highest setting yet.

Works really well with my Mecer LED display, however, it doesn't integrate with the Chromecast with TV remote, but the work around is to create a routine and set the Chromecast with TV and display to power on.

Excellent replacement for Lead-acid Gel batteries. At the price you cant beat this and to top it all its from a very reputable manufacturer that make high end rack mount battery systems ie Vestwoods. Already purchased 5 units and extremely satisfied. One thing to note is that it must be fully charged before use.

After two disappointing cheaper docks, I got this one. Finally something that just works. My Macbook can now drive my 3440x1440 monitor at 100Hz instead of 30Hz. Even another dock that somehow managed 4K 60Hz couldn't do that. I was about to import one of these from Amazon, glad I found it on Geewiz. Next day delivery in Cape Town was a nice touch.

Received it within 1day after placing the order.
Packaging seemed used but installed and worked fine, much faster than my older card.
The supplied screw were loose in the packaging and could have damaged the card, perhaps the screw could have been placed in another zip bag inside the main one?
Connects seamlessly when I power on the laptop, drivers installed automatically.

Take note to remove all Bluetooth devices from the old card before replacing with the new one.

Super easy to install, decent wifi reception being in the ceiling. Integrates perfectly with HomeAssistant and LocalTuya plugin.

Does what it says on the tin. Has some decent settings via the LCD and is fairly easy to use. Battery cables are included. Does not have an audible buzz when in operation, but the fan is a bit loud. Fan is on while charging the battery and during loadshedding. But at this price, I guess you cant complain too much.

GeeWiz went above and beyond to help me when the inverter that came with this purchase wasn't quite right. Thank you Riaan and Sandra for all the help.

Inverter trolley was delivered 4 days after order, the fan is definitely something that can not be ignored, but I still feel it is acceptable or not a deal breaker. (Fan is only on during loadshedding and while charging)
I was able to disable the beep when loadshedding starts in the settings.
I am running two desktop computers and two TV's off it.
The inverter took about 2h 15m to recover the power/stop charging after a 2h loadshedding session.
I am giving it a high rating for now, but I am expecting a very long life out of batteries because I am not even using one battery bar (25%) power during a loadshedding session, only time will tell if it was worth it.

Using for my desktop pc and monitor which pulls around 250-300W max while gaming and easily lasts the duration of loadshedding. Fans are quite loud (only on with loadshedding and occasionally when charging), but with it beneath my desk and headphones on it's not a nuisance (microphone doesn't pick it up either but YMMV). Would advise moving it into a different room if sound is an issue.

Only has 20a output not 50a in description. Inverter shuts off immediately when loadshedding hits, regardless of load. (tested with 5w led bulb).

Very impressed with the device, came with batteries included for the remote and works exactly as advertised.

Works exactly as expected. The US plug connection is a little loose and unplugs too easily especially if bumped.

Bought this battery in 2020 for use with a 12V 1000W inverter. It still runs for almost 4 hours on a 100 Watt load.

I upgraded to lithium after my Lead Acid batteries only lasted 7 months last year. These 50Ah batteries have roughly the same useable capacity as the old 100Ah Lead Acids.

I don't know why Geewiz states that you cannot use the batteries in series - I have been successfully using them in series with a balancer for the last 3 months with no issues.

Also, as printed on the side of the battery, the continuous discharge rate is 20A, not the 50A stated on Geewiz's site,

For its price, this system is quite decent. It can go rather loud as well. Good budget system for gaming, music and everything in-between.

Good product does everything that it says it will perfectly. Speaker quantity for its size caught me by surprise I’m impressed.

Does exactly what its supposed to do and does it good. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is that is a cloud based service so that makes a delay and the LED light indicating on and off status of the switch is tiny bit brighter than when off so its hard to tell the difference between states.

Easy to setup. Many scenes and settings. Colors and brightness sufficient . Easy installation. Slight delay from tv display to resulting light action but not enough to be extremely noticeable

I have a couple of old Dell power supplies equipped with barrel charging connection. This thing converts the barrel connection to USC-C and it works. Interesting, even if I connect 130W power supply to my Dell XPS 13, it says "Slow charging, please use the power supply that came with laptop" (and the one that came with laptop was 45W!). But it is charging, no issues.

Fits into standard DB board rail. Working well with 25mm battery cables.

Bought this together with RCT Axpert VM2 1200W inverter, 25mm battery cables, 100A fuse holder and fuses (see below). Perhaps slightly undersized fuse, but I've never pulled more than 40A from the battery. Excellent value for money, second life cells running as they should. Charges properly at the manufacturer recommended voltages. Bluetooth BMS connection is great, as it shows battery information as well as discharge / charge rate with amps, volts and watts (thus can be used to remotely monitor load on the inverter). Battery consistently charging to 199.1aH (rated at 200aH, so pretty much bang on).

This switch works perfect. Installed it on my Century D2 gate motor. Watch YouTube videos on how to connect.
Can open my gate from anywhere while viewing the open and close on an ip camera. All from my phone.
Delivery was fast and the driver even followed my special request for delivery time window.

Excellent router, I received V2.0 of this hardware with very efficient service from GeeWizz. A subsequent order of the same router for work resulted in V1.0 being received. Not a big problem as the hardware is essentially the same, but TP Link are faster with firmware updates for V2, I suspect that V1 may eventually stop being supported by their Omada Controller

Seems to work, but the app is rubbish. App crashes if bluetooth is not activated beforehand. The graph doesn't work at all. A waste of money.

Previously imported switches for home, so glad that they are available locally, works perfectly with the supplied remote and broadlink RM3.
Linked to google home, voice and timer control all working perfectly

I have had this for 2 weeks and it's a life changer. As a renter I can't justify going solar and I can't justify wiring into the db board. This very easily manages 2 laptops, a lamp and 3 monitors, this gets me to about 140w~/6%~ usage for a 2 hour loadshedding slot and takes about 30-40 mins to recharge. I was a bit surprised at how little configuration is necessary but it's fine. This is very much plug and play and it just works after the initial charge. Just to note the fan is quite loud and can come on if the voltage is irregular and the beep when the power cuts is quite loud but I haven't felt a need to dig into disabling it which might be possible but I'm not sure.

This unit is the boss! Small and compact and yet still packs a punch. Keeps my computer and monitor going for 2 to 3 hours during load shedding. Perfect to sit under the desk as a UPS or to take on holidays as a battery. Very happy.

Bought this product a year ago and I'm still super happy with it. Did the install myself which was easy and dont have to pay the security company an extra R200 a month to monitor when I can do it all myself. EyezON has also updated their interface which is a lot better. Nice to know when the alarm goes off if its the outer doors or a sensor in the house. If that same inside sensor keeps going off I can bypass it using the phone application.

Decent quality PBT keycaps for a very reasonable price. Comes with o-rings (dampeners) and a keycap puller.
Used for a keyboard other than Corsair which isn’t backlit and the lettering doesn’t show up well at all. Keys have a subtle texture which is nice. Font is a little gaudy but overall I’m impressed, they do the job just fine and are good value for money.

Only negative is that the cables are pretty short, so unless your fibre box and router are really close to each other and the wall socket, you might need to get a longer cable.

bought one of these upgraded to deep cycle batteries. works well to keep computers, routers and sometimes a tv going. Loadshedding not much of an issue anymore. When I bought the lithium option was not available. Quite expensive but probably worthwile with the deterioration of our electricity supply ...

Works amazingly well for the price! Fairly intuitive to use and set up and does everything it says. I got the 2m cable version, as I don't need it for anything longer, and the cable is easy enough to bend and manoeuvre. Manufacturing quality is what you'd expect at this price point, so there's no glass fibre reinforced plastic and unit does feel a bit light and cheap, so I don't think it will be a workshop workhorse and handle a lot of abuse. But it is more than good enough for the odd occasion, where you need to check something out that you can't otherwise get to. The mirror accessory is a bonus, however it is a cheap plastic one, so don't expect clear side shots, as it is pretty hazy. If you're a tinkerer or DIY mechanic etc, this is the perfect balance between price and usability, and far outclasses the cheap cable only types that are on the market for around R300. Personally I prefer having the screen on the device, so I don't need to lug a laptop around, or deal with flaky software and apps, it's literally plug and play. One negative would be that there is no ability for the device to use a computer monitor for the live cam, as the bigger and better screen would be nice. However you can shoot video and view it after on a computer, so it's a minor gripe, but again, considering the price, it's really hard to actually get irritated about that.

This is the best product ever. Iam currently using this inverter as an emergency to power my laptop, tv and few lights during loadshedding after my second Mecer 1200(bad inverter) inverter failed work. Now I'm looking for the replacement of my Mecer inverter, different brand.

This product completely exceeded my expectations. I needed an entry level invertor as I was spending a fortune on petrol for my generator. My requirements were simple - keep my monitor, laptop, router and printer going during the 2.5 hours loadshedding. This unit looks and feels well built, it charges in record time and really is lightweight and thus easy to move around. In addition, it is absolutely silen. I have yet to exceed 40% of its full capacity, and the fact that it doubles as an entry-level UPS for equipment below 600W means that I don't even notice loadshedding anymore. So pleased that I made this investment and by my calculation it will have paid for itself within 3 months. Plus there is a 24-month warranty. Seems like a no-brainer for anyone in South Africa at the moment.

I am happy with the look quality and feel of the tiles love that it's quite transparent sometimes the stuff we build falls apart easily but it is well worth it my kids love it

2 week review: Lasted 7 hours through a blackout powering a 12v 1 watt (12 Amp) O.N.T and 5v 1 watt (5 Amp) fiber router. Great quality, built-in protection and it automatically switches to battery power when the power goes off and then automatically charges when the power comes back. Would recommend buying two DC cables if you're going to power 2 devices like I have. 5/5 would highly recommend buying.

Really fantastic! Beautiful product with carry case.

The good:
Keeps screens, laptops or routers on during loadshedding for hours.
The bad:
90W max. so it won't work for high-end laptops (check your power supply rating) that need 170W or 230W.
Every time it powers off, it loses its voltage setting. You have to disconnect it, turn it on, reprogram it, then plug your device back in. How silly for such a super product.
The connector for LG needs to be sand papered/filed very slightly to fit.
No connector for Microsoft Surface, you have to buy a separate Surface Connect adaptor. But 24 other connectors supplied.

My order was delivered very quickly, and this adapter works perfectly with my Chromecast 4K/Google TV. Really glad to have found this, as Google's own adapter is not available for shipping to SA. Other reviews of the Ugreen adapter were also favourable, and build quality is great. It's only day one with my device, but I would definitely recommend it.

Really works well, struggled a little to pair the first time and has worked reliably ever since. Put some old batteries in it and they are only now giving a low battery warning.

Excellent mount for ultrawide screens. It is made from rolled steel and teflon. This will mount fine on melamine table tops, simply add some padding.

This SSD helped my father's laptop, that had a a WD HDD boot drive, go from taking 5-10minutes to start up to being ready within 10seconds.

The previous bootdrive struggled immensley with Windows11. Utilising 80-90% of the HDD on a regular basis (being stuck at 100% while trying to startup and load programs).

Eventhough this does not have dram on the SSD itself, it has proved to have great speed for general coumputer usage (Office, online video conferences, Zoom/Teams,).
No complaints and a welcome addition.

This is the perfect answer to fitting SSD's into a Server or NAS unit

Reason because i still have to manually switch on the inverter and dont want to run around switching everything off especially for the minions at home its very easy now and you dont run the risk of forgetting to switch the high loads off . You can monitor the power on the ewelink app. Will switch to Home assistant in future to control devices even smarter.

Amazing product!! Bought this for my HUAWEI 4G Router 2 Pro for load shedding, tested the battery's ability by running my router on it alone from 17:00.......by 23:00 it was still going! That's just over 6 hours!! I didn't stay awake to see when it would go flat, but by 5:54 next morning it was flat. Would definitely recommend for a router!! Super fast delivery, it arrived in 2 days from ordering!!

The inverter is as advertised and great as a battery backup system. When not in use the fans are off. It looks neat with a clear display that's simple to operate and read. I have it connected to 2 ritar 12v batteries in series.
Overall im very happy with the product and service from geewizz!

After upgrading a few laptops with SSD drives I had some harddrives left. The cases gave those drives a new purpose. The case is mostly metal and protects the harddrive well. Assembly is very quick and easy. The case comes with a USB cable and even a small screwdriver. Might not be the fastest (USB 2.0 not 3.0), but for the price tag it's excellent. And as usual very fast delivery by Geewiz even to a small town in the NC. Thanks!

Flashed this device with ESPHome and got it working with HomeAssistant, love the fact I can now control the fan via my phone or if it gets too hot automagically

Received delivery within 48hours, device was easy to setup and already charged. Perfect for keeping the internet on while load shedding.

Brilliant little gadgets. Not the biggest capacity but I'm using them for lighting during load-shedding.

The LED panel is bright enough to light a small room to see comfortably. It's not quite as bright as the Magneto lamps but this has a warmer tone than the Magneto and is more diffuse. Easily does 8hrs on bright mode and has Lithium Polymer cells inside, which has a major advantage over those crappy Lead-Acid batteries you'll find in most cheap lamps. Light output is consistent as far as I can see, does not dim after running for hours.

Battery level indicator is on the rear and is embedded under the rugged casing, so it is a bit harder to see the level in the daytime but hasn't been an issue for me so far. The power button is also on the rear. Short press to show battery level. Long press turns the LED panel on, then short press again to change lighting modes. It also remembers the last lighting mode.

Solid build quality. 5 stars from me.

I'm so happy with this robot. It cleans my office and studio in a short period of time, leaving it spotless. No mapping on this model so I would recommend it for a single room. Go for the bigger model if you have different rooms and no-go areas. Xiaomi vacuum mops are amazing !

Replaced the battery in a large Magneto light that we use for load shedding. So far so good.

Highly recommend this product to combat loadshedding. We run a full office (2 screens, 2 laptops etc), fibre, router, TV and PS, and in the 2 hour loadshedding slots, it hardly makes a dent in the battery percentage. Needs to be depleted regularly if there is no loadshedding. Been doing that today, and it's been about 7 hours and the battery is still on 75%. So should be able to get a lot more out of it.

From ordering to delivery took 2 days to Cape Town. Excellent device with easy installation, all you need comes in the box. Also included is the SA 2-pin power plug converter.

You will need to register an Amazon account to use this device, set-up took a few minutes after firmware updates completed. The Fire OS software integrated easily with my television and is able to control my volume settings with the remote. Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video subscriptions works perfectly. There is also huge selection of free to watch apps in the Amazon Store.

Video with sound quality is great if you have a 4K TV, and there is plenty of adjustment settings in the user interface. Navigating through the media is fast with the remote control and the added media buttons is very useful and responsive. Excellent buy, 5 stars for being a great home entertainment hub!
