The hub acts as the central controller for all connected Ajax devices, supporting up to 100 devices including motion detectors, keypads, sirens, and automation modules. It also supports up to 50 users and 9 security groups, making it suitable for both residential and small-to-medium commercial installations.
With dual communication channels (Ethernet + 4G), the Hub 4G provides reliable connectivity with automatic failover, ensuring alarm signals are always transmitted. Ajax’s secure Jeweller protocol enables encrypted communication with devices at distances of up to 2,000 meters line-of-sight, while maintaining low power consumption.
The hub also supports photo verification devices via the Wings protocol, allowing integration with MotionCam detectors for visual alarm confirmation.
Designed for reliability, the Hub 4G includes a built-in backup battery providing up to 15 hours of автономous operation, along with tamper protection and instant alarm notifications.
Managed via the Ajax mobile and desktop apps, the system allows remote configuration, real-time monitoring, and instant alerts, making installation and ongoing management simple and efficient.
