The F67C1 is a timer-clock controlled version of Runxin’s F67C series multi-port filter valves. It is built for use in water treatment systems (for example activated carbon or sand filters) where automated switching between service, backwash, and fast-rinse functions is required.

Product Features & Functions
- Automatic multi-port control: Allows automatic sequencing between functions such as service (normal filtration), backwash, and fast rinse—minimising manual intervention.
- Timer-clock control (F67C1 version): The F67C1 uses a clock/timer based scheduling method to trigger valve changes at set intervals.
- Manual override function: At any moment you can press the “Manual/Return” button to force a rinse cycle.
- Long-outage indicator: If the system is off for more than three days, the time-of-day display “12:12” will flash to remind you to reset the time. Other parameters remain set and the valve sequence will resume automatically.
- LED dynamic screen display: Visual feedback with flashing stripe indicates when the valve is in service vs rinsing mode.
- Button lock feature: If no button is pressed for 1 minute, the controller locks to prevent accidental changes. To unlock, press and hold the “Up” and “Down” buttons for 5 seconds.
- Adjustable rinse frequency: You can program multiple backwash + fast rinses per service cycle, providing better cleaning of the filter media.
- External signal input: A connector allows input from a PLC or computer so the valve can be remotely controlled or integrated into larger automation systems.
- Interlock function: In systems with multiple valves in parallel (or series), only one valve may rinse at any time while others remain in service — this ensures continuous flow while one unit is back-washing.
Ideal Applications
- Water filtration systems using sand, activated carbon or other media.
- Residential, commercial or small industrial water treatment with filter tank diameters in the range of 6" to 12".
- Situations where automatic regeneration/backwash control is required to minimise downtime and manual maintenance.
- Systems where integration with PLC or building automation is useful (because of the external signal input).
Benefits
- Reduces manual operation and monitoring by automating valve switching based on time.
- Maintains cleaner filter media with programmable backwash/fast-rinse cycles — helping prolong media life and maintain water quality.
- Clear visual indicators and smart lockouts protect against accidental setting changes and ensure safe operation.
- Compact and standardised mounting (1" threads, 2.5"-8 NPSM base) makes it suitable for retrofit or new installations.
- Reliable sealing and corrosion-resistant head design offer durability in typical water treatment environments.
Installation & Usage Notes
- Ensure inlet/outlet, drain and mounting base sizes (1" F, 2.5"-8NPSM) match your filter tank and plumbing.
- Set your regeneration schedule based on your water usage and media type (e.g., frequency of backwash).
- After power-up, reset the time-of-day and check the LED display for correct service/rinse mode.
- The lockout function ensures inadvertent button presses don’t change your configuration; require hold of Up + Down to unlock.
- Keep ambient conditions within operational specs: water temperature between 5 °C and 50 °C, pressure 0.15-0.6 MPa, turbidity < 20 FTU.
- Use appropriate media size (tank 6"-12" diameter) and flow rate (up to ~4 m³/h) to ensure the valve works within its designed range.
- If integrating with automation, check compatibility of external signal input and any required wiring/PLC settings.
