Yes — the same magnetic lens system on both Ranger and Ranger Zeiss frames.

How fast does it darken?

Visibly darker within ~15 seconds of full sun exposure, full sunglass tint within ~30 seconds. Returns to clear within a minute or two of moving back into low UV.

Does it work through cloud?

Yes — it reacts to UV, not visible light. So even on a hazy day with high UV, it darkens appropriately. Pure shade with no UV will keep it clear.

Does it work through a car windscreen?
