Instead of abrasive climbing rope sewn to chunky off-the-shelf split rings, they custom-designed our own materials and hardware to create a streamlined form with a brilliant connection experience.
The internally-developed basket-woven nylon/poly rope strikes the optimal balance of strength, padding and stretch for comfortable camera carry. At the ends, the rope seamlessly terminates into a colour-matched low-profile version of the Anchor Link quick-connectors, offering secure and effortless camera attachment. With four fixed-length sizes to choose from, any photographer can dial in a perfect fit and carry style.
Form Rope Neck delivers comfort, utility and style in the simplest form for gear minimalists. It is wearable as a neck or shoulder strap. The fixed-length format minimizes hardware for a clean and simple experience. There are no visible seams or stitching for a sleek, integrated aesthetic.
The Anchor Link quick-connection system is fast, secure and only found on Peak Design straps. Custom extra-slim Anchor housings are made from glass-reinforced nylon with aluminium accents. The updated v5 Anchors are visually simplified for a cleaner look. Anchors and housings are backwards and cross-compatible with all other Peak Design straps.
