The maximum 1280 by 1024 resolution allows IP570 / IP570P to capture video from a wide area, effectively reducing the number of cameras required in the surveillance network.

Easy-to-Use Setup Wizard
Compro iWizard makes IP camera setup easy and straightforward.Traditional method of camera setup requires networking expertise and can take more than one hour. Using the intelligent iWizard, users without any network knowledge can complete the configurationin 5 minutes.

Motorized Pan / Tilt
The camera is able to provide flexible viewing angle thanks to its advanced 340-degree pan and 100-degree tilt mechanical design. And its maximum panning speed of 45 degrees per second is on par with that of a professional-grade PTZ camera on the market.

Day & Night Functionality with Built-in IR Illuminators
The camera offers built-in IR illuminators and a light sensor that detects environmental lighting conditions. When low-light conditions are detected, a dozen of built-in IR illuminators are automatically switched on to provide additional infrared light that help deliver clear night-time image. .

Mechanical IR-Cut Filter
The camera has a built-in mechanical IR-cut filter that is placed in front of the sensor to filter out infrared light in the daytime, producing better color reproduction. At nighttime or when the built-in light sensor detects low-light conditions, IR-cut filter is automatically removed to achieve better light sensitivity.

Two-way Audio Communication
The camera is capable of providing full-duplex and bi-directional audio communication through a built-in microphone and an audio in/out port. The audio communication feature allows you to eavesdrop on the monitored area or broadcast your voice to visitors.

MicroSDHC Card Slot
The built-in microSDHC card slot allows the storage of event snapshots and event recordings to the memory card. The stored data can be accessed from a remote viewing PC. The camera also can automatically take snapshots or record video when it detects unusual events in the monitored area.

SMS & Email Event Notification
The SMS & Email event notification feature enables the camera to send an alert message to specified recipients when it detects unusual events. The SMS service runs on a web-based SMS gateway platform and does not impose any monthly fees as it uses a pay-as-you-go system.

Support for Alarms and Sensors
Through an optional digital I/O expansion box, the camera offers 3 sensor input ports and 3 alarm output ports. With them, the camera can initiate video recording, take snapshots, etc., when sensors are triggered. Or when events are detected, activate alarms or take other response actions.

Friendly Wall Mount Design
This PTZ camera comes with a wall mount plate friendly designed to allow for the fast and easy mounting and dismounting of the camera. Once secured on the wall or ceiling, the camera can then be easily configured via the setup wizard or remote viewer to rotate its image by 180°.

    Return of merchandise (RMA) and Warranty

    We want you to be happy with the purchase you have made from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will either refund, credit, repair/replace it, subject to the below terms and conditions. 

    All items are covered by a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated) which will be honoured directly by GeeWiz. All products will either be replaced/repaired/refunded depending on stock availability. Products will require evaluation by GeeWiz before a warranty claim can be accepted.

    Please note: Should the item being returned for assessment be found to be in good working order, unfortunately the collection and re-shipping fee will apply

    Please log your return on your account, under the returns manager.

    We do not reimburse your fee to ship to us, but we will pay for return shipping if the item is subject to replacement. If the item you wish to return was ordered incorrectly / is no longer required / you have changed your mind, there is a collection of fee of R99 that will be charged and this will be deducted from the refund amount once the supplier has credited us. Please note GeeWiz will only cover return shipping of a faulty unit within 6 months of purchase, after which, a shipping fee (starting at R99) will be applicable to you for return of the unit.

    Any disputes relating to ordered items being short/incorrectly shipped will only be entertained if reported to GeeWiz within 3 days of delivery/collection.

    Refunds are subject to inspection of item(s) - in some cases, items will need to be sent to supplier for evaluation and testing. This can take up to 15 working days. Once a refund has been approved, this may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed.

    All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if item is no longer in BRAND NEW condition or if item seal/packaging has been broken.

    Please re-package safely and include all original product packaging.  

    All software products are unfortunately not eligible for credit or refund once purchased.

    GeeWiz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged from misuse, items are missing, or if the product is altered in any way. 

    GeeWiz or its affiliates are not responsible for damage or loss of any kind that may occur as a result of using or misusing any product purchased from us.

    The warranty will no longer be valid, and GeeWiz will not be responsible for damage or injury of any kind resulting from:

    • Electricity fluctuations and surges, lightning strikes, faults in the building wiring, faulty installations, and improper use of controls
    • Failure to use the product in accordance with the operating instructions and or general misuse and or abuse
    • Damage caused by a superior force (vis maior) or if the product has been infested with insects or pests
    • If the product is physically damaged after it left the store
    • If water or liquid caused the damage to the product
    • If the warranty seal is tampered with
    • Any repair or tampering by an unauthorised person or attempt to repair or tamper with the equipment, or use of parts not supplied by authorised agents, or alterations or modification to the equipment shall render the warranty null and void.
