I have two issues with this device: 1 There is no audio output from the device, no matter what setting I use in the Realtek Audio setups.2. I cannot install the ArcSoft Software, the InstallShield setup does not recognize the Key as provided. Any guidance on these two issues would be appreciated, as I am contemplating the unit to TakeAlot, from whom I purchased it. I should note that I am using Ellies AV transmitter and receiver units, and I have tested the cables and found them to be in order. I am using Windows 10 Pro on my rig, with an i5 6600 processor on a ASUS Maximus HERO lll motherboard. Answer:
Sorry about that. The audio will only come through on the Arcsoft software. Please can you send me a picture of your product key to info@geewiz.co.za and I will look into it.
