I would just like to compliment you on your excellent customer service.

I phoned to enquire about a 3G wireless router yesterday afternoon. My enquiry was promptly and professionally dealt with, and within minutes of my EFT I had received an e-mail confirming that my payment had been processed, and then early this morning the parcel was already being delivered to my house !

I should also add that the price was much less than what my local MTN shop wanted to charge me for a similar device.

We certainly don't expect service like this in South Africa in 2012 - so what a pleasant surprise !

I have bought a couple of items from GeeWiz and have been amazed every time. The service delivery is very fast. The customer focus is unbelievable. The products are very nicely priced. I have not had any problems with any of the items so far.

 

I had a unfortunate problem with the payment the last time I bought something - the payment went through twice on my credit card due to the myGate payment method freezing on me. I e-mailed geewiz explaining the problem, this was 7:30pm, at 8pm - the same night - I received an e-mail back stating that my one payment has been reversed and that my order will be processed. I highly recommend that if you are looking for gadgets, routers, S4 covers, media players, ethernet homeplugs etc. to give geewiz a try.
