Shipping Terms and Conditions

GeeWiz typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays). We try our best to ship out all orders the same day if they are paid for before 12pm. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

GeeWiz offers the following choice of shipping carriers (depending on shipping weight). Please add items to your cart to see the exact shipping costs for your order:

  • Post Office Parcel Mail (3-4 day delivery) with tracking number
  • Speed Services (overnight delivery) to your local post office with tracking number
  • Fedex (overnight delivery) to your door with tracking number
  • Fedex (2-3 day delivery) to your door with tracking number
  • FastWay OVERNIGHT delivery to your door

All times stated above exclude weekends & public holidays.

GeeWiz charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling.

We are not responsible for any loss/damage once the item has been shipped unless insurance has been purchased beforehand.

Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays.

Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped out until Proof of Payment has been emailed to payments@geewiz.co.za or faxed to 087-625-0624

We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete order payment. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
